CKSC rules FCAAF for 4th year in row

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Chiang Kai Shek College dominated Hope Christian High School right from the start to score an emphatic 75-57 win and retain its Division I title in the 26th Filipino-Chinese Amateur Athletic Federation (FCAAF) Basketball Championships at the Chiang Kai Shek College gym in Manila over the weekend.

With John Galenato and Scott Aying presiding over Chiang Kai Shek College’s assault, the Blue Dragons raced to an 18-7 first quarter lead then sustained their form the rest of the way to turn what was expected to be a tight contest into a rout.

Galenato came through with a brilliant mix of jumpers to finish with 15 points while Aying made several highlight moves on his way to a 12-point effort.

More than avenging its defeat to Hope Christian in the elims, CKSC extended its reign in the Molten–presented tournament to four years.
