AIGTP holds 2nd Golf Cup

MANILA, Philippines - The Association for Inbound Golf Tourism Philippines will hold the second AIGTP Golf Cup on April 17 with a huge field expected to see action at the Villamor Golf Club.

The AIGTP has also linked up with Resorts World Manila to ensure the successful staging of the event put up to raise funds for the association’s marketing activities in the Asia-Pacific region and generate support to the Tourism and Promotions Board’s bid to host the 2016-17 fourth Asia Golf Tourism Convention.

The lunch and awards rites will be held at Resorts World Manila.

Fabulous prizes, golf holidays and airline tickets will be up for grabs in the 18-hole tournament, which is expected to draw participants from the hotel, resort and tourism sectors as well as those from the government and private entities.

AIGTP has 24 members composed of private golf courses, hotels, resorts and golf tour operators promoting Inbound Golf Tourism to the Philippines. More private golf courses and resorts/hotels are signing up for membership in support of the government’s More Fun in the Philippines’ marketing campaign.
