Three share honors in NCA six-cocker

MANILA, Philippines - Art Atayde’s Pure Love, Arman Santos’ AA Jade Resort and A. Mendoza’s Ni Armen scored five points each and emerged as co-champions in the National Cockers Alliance six-cock derby at the Ynares Sports Arena last Tuesday.

Ka Ador Pleyto’s Sap 2, MPV’s Karambola, Osang dela Cruz’s Makati Cockers Club 6-Cock March 19, and Gov. Bautista’s CPB Benhur shared fourth place with four points apiece while Jimafer BG of Engr. Canlas and Barkadahan sa Santa Monica of Tady Palma turned in 3.5 points each in the event sponsored by Sagupaan Complexor.

Ka Ador Pleyto’s Sap 2, Ka Luding and Rey Soberano’s 88BM Mabilasik, EDR’s National Barkadahan Championships and Gov. Ito Ynares’ Binangonan wound up with three points apiece.

Meanwhile, the NCA will hold another derby on March 17 with another big field expected to see action.

Heading the NCA cast are Arjay Meja, Marvin Rillo, Ronald Uy, Joseph Mojica, Romy Lim, Eugene Martin, Raul Molintas, Fiscal Villanueva, Wiston Pe and Jurve Maglunob.
