MANILA, Philippines - Mayor Elan Nagaño’s Sanleo scored six points to emerge solo champion in the National Cockers Alliance’s six-cock derby at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig recently.
Nagaño’s another entry, Alan Tan Macking, finished second with 5.5 points while Anac-IP of Rep. Joseph Panganiban, San Juan Coliseum of Bong Pineda, and Santiago City March 9 5-Cock B’day Derby of Ed Miranda shared third place with five points each.
JT Emerald Archers of Jun Topacio, Binangonan of Gov. Ito Ynares; and RT of Atty. Santos wound up with 4.5 points apiece.
Top-notch gamecock breeders T. Sevilla, JR Tolentino, Tady Palma, Atong Ang, Atty. Villanueva, Engr. Peme, Dong Lamoste, and Atty. Jojo Alcovendaz have been invited to slug it out with the NCA members’ top entries in the upcoming derby sponsored by Sagupaan Complexor.
