WATCH: Kobe Paras scores 18 pts vs Bishop Montgomery

MANILA, Philippines -- Kobe Paras scored 18 points but it was not enough to help the LA Cathedral Phantoms overcome the highly-ranked Bishop Montgomery Knights.

The Knights steadied down the stretch and went on a 7-0 run in the final 53 seconds to run away with 76-69 win and improved to 24-1 win-loss record while dropping the Phantoms to 17-5. 

Despite the loss, the 17-year old Filipino sensation showed his vastly improved game against the second-ranked high school team in California.
