Guevara rules Guevara Memorial golf
MANILA, Philippines - Benjie Guevara captured the overall championship trophy in the recently concluded 14th Domingo Guevara Sr. Memorial Golf Tournament held at the Wack Wack Golf and Country Club in Mandaluyong.
In the Class A division, Albert Tanjanco emerged as the champion followed by Chongdon Lim and JV Ejercito who placed first and second runners-up, respectively.
Class B champion was VP Hirubalan with Joseph Tan, first runner-up and Gus Lagman, second runner-up.
Class C was ruled by champion Daio Candelaria as Benny Fulgencio and Bernie Oca finished first runner-up and second runner-up, respectively.
In the ladies division, Mencie Millolado was named champion while Ghie Bote placed first runner-up and Eimie Hedeager was second.
Aljor Perreras, Alex Moon, Doy Santos, Nonoy Guevara and Jay Concepcion got consolation prizes for their noteworthy performances in various holes.
