Skycable airs live Pinoy Pride

MANILA, Philippines - The Donnie “Ahas” Nietes- Mexico’s Carlos Velarde showdown , the main event bout of Pinoy Pride 28,  will be broadcast live starting at 6 p.m. from Waterfront Cebu Hotel and Casino. A win by Nietes means he’ll stay on track to beat the record held by Gabriel “Flash” Elorde, a Filipino boxing legend who defended his Junior lightweight championship title for seven years and three months.

Another highlight of Pinoy Pride 28’s fight card is “Prince” Albert Pagara’s match against Mexico’s Raul Hirales. A win by Pagara will ensure his continued reign as the IBF Intercontinental super bantamweight champion

The event will be covered live  on Sky pay-per-view and on  Sky Cable and Destiny Cable.
