NCAA postpones Friday games due to ‘Mario’

MANILA, Philippines – NCAA Management Committee chairman Paul Supan of host Jose Rizal University on Friday announced the postponement of all Season 90 events and games due to Typhoon Mario.

"All NCAA events (basketball and table tennis) are cancelled today, September 19, 2014, based on the announcement of no classes in all levels in Metro Manila due to heavy rains and flooding," said Supan.

The junior and senior games that were postponed – Letran vs. College of St. Benilde and Jose Rizal University vs. San Sebastian – at The Arena in San Juan City will be rescheduled at a later date.

The same will apply with the table tennis event.
