FIBL on at Ynares

MANILA, Philippines - After an absence of three years, the Filipino-Indian Basketball League (FIBL) makes its comeback in the local hoop scene with a double header pitting 2010 champion Blue Sharks against the Kings at 2 p.m. and the Warriors against the Gators at 4 p.m. at Ynares Gym on Shaw Blvd.

Presented by Canadian Manufacturing, makers of Canadian bed linens, pillows and towels, with Molten as the official ball, the four-team league was revived by FIBL founder and commissioner Dilip Budhrani in response to the local Fil-Indian community’s requests as the league has become a weekend gathering for the community.
