Panaguiton, Soliven shine in ABC bowl

MANILA, Philippines - Eugene Panaguiton of Emerald Pipes rolled a six-game series of 1297 to capture the Group 1 crown while Bryan Soliven of Matson Builders took the Group 2 plum with a 1267 in the Architects Bowling Club’s monthly championship at E Lanes, Ortigas Ave., Greenhills, San Juan City last week.

Jerry Cham of Boysen Paints had a 1247 while Romy de Jesus of WeKonstruct scored a 1206 to finish second and third, respectively, in Group 1 of the weekly event sponsored by Boysen and Nation Paints.

Lou Laforteza of Emerald Pipes submitted a 1056 while May Sabater of Novelle Furnitures made a 1049 to place second and third, respectively, in Group 2.

The tournament, backed by Consnet Builders, Morning Sun, PNS Advanced Steel Technology, Miraga Trading, Coach Furnitures, Moldex Pipes, Steeltech, Goldbridge Neighborhood Dental, E.S.Vidal Builders, Romari Constructions, DN Steel, Crown Pipes, Boysen Acrytex/Healthy Homes/Knoxout/Wallguard, Glass Asia, Concrete Ventures, Philflex Wires and Cables, Duraflex TW/THW/THHN Wires and Dutch Boy Paints, resumes at 7 tonight with the staging of All-Events Singles, also at E Lanes.
