Ferraris, Sabater cop ABC Corp Cup singles

MANILA, Philippines - Eugene Ferraris of Crown Pipes rolled a six-game series 1357 to capture the Group 1 crown while May Sabater of Novelle Furnitures scored 1161 to bag the Group 2 title in the Architects Bowling Club’s Corporate Cup singles event at E Lanes, Ortigas Avenue, Greenhills, San Juan City last week.

Johnny Baluyot of Coach Furnitures finished second with 1330 while Buddy Segui of Duraflex THW Wires had 1257 for third in Group 1 of the weekly event sponsored by Boysen and Nation Paints.

Bryan Soliven of Matson Builders carded 1067 while Zeny Prudente of  Moldex Pipes made 1033 to finish second and third, respectively, in Group 2.

The tournament, backed by DN Steel, Romari Constructions, E.S. Vidal Builders, PNS Advanced Steel Tech, Goldbridge Neighborhood Dental, Steeltech, Miraga Trading, WeKonstruct, Morning Sun, Consnet Builders, Boysen Acrytex/Knotxout/Healthy Homes/ Wallguard, Philflex Wires and Cables, Duraflex TW/THHN Wires, Emerald Pipes, Concrete Ventures, Glass Asia and Dutch Boy Paints, resumes at 7 tonight with the staging of monthly championship, also at E Lanes.
