Growee team vies in NBA 3ON3

MANILA, Philippines - The newly formed Growee basketball team of five-peat Junior PBA champion coach Mark Herrera is among the top contenders in the NBA 3x3 3ON3 league which opens July 4 at the SM MOA Arena.

The team will be up against 20 teams in the 15-under division of the tournament which will also serve as its tune-up for the Cebu Springdale Invitational in November.

The Growee squad is composed of Gab Fortuna, JC Baltazar, Kean Herrera, Yves Lazaro, William Zuno, Clint Escamis, Gabby Angeles, Keneth Mendoza, Dennis Maqui, JB Pelias and Joshua Balankig from Ateneo Cebu.

Herrera is assisted by Benjie Diswe, Edwin Ancheta and Bobby Andaya.
