MANILA, Philippines - Henrick Tan and Edwin Abesamis bagged the overall crown while Raffy Garcia and Judd Roy took the Class A honors in the 13th Forest Hills Invitational Golf Championships at the Nicklaus and Palmer courses of the Forest Hills Golf and Country Club in Antipolo recently.
Violy Pegels and Willy Cabalse captured the Class B title, Jester Ong and Oliver Gan ruled Class C, Willy Tsai and Arnold Chung reigned supreme in Class D while Josh Ante topped the Sponsor division of the four-day event presented BOAZ Motor Inc., Unilever, Pioneer Insurance and Golforce, Inc. with Banana Peel, GFX or Golf Effects, Megafiber, Swedish Match Phils. Inc., Megaforce Security and Allied Services Corp. as major sponsors.
But it was Sherwin Tan who emerged the biggest winner as he drove home a brand new Grand 1-10 car courtesy of BOAZ-Pioneer-Forest Hills during the grand raffle draw.
