PBA sportswriting tilt set

MANILA, Philippines - College students looking to embark a career in sportswriting will have the perfect avenue this school year as the PBA Press Corps hold the “2014 Willie Caballes PBA Sportswriting Contest” on June 15 and 16, the last two play dates of the elimination round of the PLDT Home Telpad Governors’ Cup.

The PBA Press Corps, which is currently being headed this year by its president Barry Pascua of Bandera, is inviting all college students and campus journalists to take part in this two-day event being supported by the Office of Sen. Sonny Angara, sports agent Charlie Dy and the PBA Commissioner’s Office.
