Marvin John Carlo Sario had 15 points and Enrique Salafraca added 12 markers as Paranaque routed Las Pinas, 54-34, then crusted Malabon, 87-53, behind the 17 points each of Sario and Enrico Joaquin Garcia.

In other games, Earl Salazar had 13 points, including two clutch free throws, as Quezon City held off Pasig, 43-41; KABAKA/Manila dealt Malabon a second lopsided loss, 74-55; Marikina turned back Antipolo, 55-44; and Taguig nipped San Juan in overtime, 71-70.

A triple by Earl Joshua Lagaras gave Taguig a 61-55 lead with 38 seconds remaining in regulation. But San Juan charged back with consecutive triples by John Mark Lagumen and John Lloyd dela Cruz to force overtime.

In the extra period, Taguig went up, 71-70, but fouled Lagumen, who cracked under pressure and missed both free throws, enabling Taguig to escape with the win.
