Milo Checkmate classes up in 20 venues

MANILA, Philippines - The first batch of the Milo Checkmate summer chess clinics kicks off April 1 with this year’s classes expected to draw a huge number of participants in 20 venues in Metro Manila.

Open to kids aged 7-14 years old, the clinic consists of six sessions for the lessons and one extra day for the tournament. Classes will be held every MWF or TTHS. Courses offered are for beginners, intermediate and advance.

The venues are: Manila – San Sebastian College-Recoletos Manila; St. Stephen’s High School in Sta. Cruz; Little Presidents Learning Palace in San Miguel Ave. and Binondo area.

For Quezon City – St. Joseph’s College in E. Rodriguez Ave.;  Grace Christian College in Grace Village; Sacred Heart Academy of Novaliches; Kinderville Learning Center in Retiro; Capitol Hills Christian School in Batasan Hills; Paref Northfield School for Boys in Scout Gandia St.; and Fremont Learning Academy in Kalayaan Ave.

For the cities of Caloocan, Mandaluyong, Pasig, Muntinlupa, Parañaque, Las Piñas and Antipolo – venues are: St. Mary’s Academy Caloocan City; Starmall Edsa Shaw (2F event area); Alabang Town Center Sports and Hobbies Promenade area; Immaculate Heart of Mary College in Better Living Subd. and Sucat area; Mary Immaculate Parish Special School in Moonwalk Village; Mariam Claire Integrated Academy in Pasig Greenpark Village; and Montessori Integrated School in Antipolo.
