TnT bucks Black's ejection, survives SMBeer

MANILA, Philippines -- Talk n Text pulled away in the second quarter and bucked the ejection of coach Norman Black in the last 13 minutes as the Tropang Texters overcame San Miguel Beer and debuting import Kevin Jones, 107-99, for a third straight win.

“I have to thank coach Sandy (Arespacochaga) and the rest of the coaching staff for taking over, and the players for coming through in the clutch especially Richard (Howell),” said Black, thrown out of a game for the first time in his long years of coaching in Philippine basketball.
