Emerald Pipes tops ABC all-events

MANILA, Philippines - Bert Magsakay, Cynthia Tan and Buddy Segui of Emerald Pipes combined for 2330 to pocket the Architects Bowling Club’s all-events three-man team crown at E-Lanes Center, Ortigas Ave., Greenhills, San Juan City last week.

Duraflex THHN Wires, composed of Boy Roldan, Randy Poon and Rod Salamat, rolled a 2292 to finish second while Edna Beltran, May Sabater and Ronnie Javier of Boysen Paints pooled a 2254 to place third in the weekly event sponsored by Boysen and Nation Paints.

Meanwhile, the ABC board is inviting all licensed architects to join the event held every Tuesday as ABC gears up for its 37th founding anniversary celebration with an overseas club outing in Bali, Indonesia.

The tournament, backed by Morning Sun, Philflex Wires and Cables, Duraflex TW/THW Wires, Concrete Ventures, Glass Asia, Miraga Trading, Boysen Acrytex/Knoxout/Wallguard/Healthy Homes, Crown Pipes, Moldex Pipes, Steeltech, PNS Advanced Technology, Goldbridge Neighborhood Dental, E.S. Vidal Builders and Romari Constructions, resumes at 6:30 tonight with the opening of the ABC anniversary tournament, also at E Lanes.
