Glass Asia-Goldridge tops ABC doubles

MANILA, Philippines - Joan Lay of Glass Asia and Rod Salamat of Goldridge combined for 1788 pinfalls to rule the Architects Bowling Club’s doubles event at the E Lanes Center in Greenhills, San Juan last week.

Tony Sabater and Toto Abear of Romari Construction placed second with 1756 while Sonny Esguerra and Nepthy del Rosario of Boysen Paints scored 1717 to finish third in the weekly event sponsored by Boysen and Nation Paints.

Meanwhile, ABC is inviting all registered architects to join the event as ABC gears up for its 37th founding anniversary with an overseas club outing at Bali, Indonesia in May.

The tournament, backed by E.S. Vidal Builders, PNS Advanced Technology, Steeltech, Moldex Pipes, Crown Pipes, Miraga Trading, Concrete Ventures, Boysen Acrytex/Knoxout/Wallguard/Healthy Homes, Emerald Pipes, Duraflex, THW/TW/THHN Wires and Philflex Wires and Cables, resumes at 7 tonight with the holding of the Valentine doubles, also at E Lanes.
