Gamefowl expo up at World Trade

MANILA, Philippines - A wide range of products for the gamefowl industry from incubators to cages, vitamins, supplements, medicine, farm equipment and accessories, is featured in the ongoing fourth annual World Gamefowl Expo at the World Trade Center in Pasay.

Top agri brands like B-Meg Integra, Sagupaan Superfeeds, Excellence, Supremo Gamefowl Feeds, Salto Gamefowl Feeds and Agro Trade Hagibis are the event’s chief backers with top gamefowl breeders also making their champion lines available to buyers.

Fun stage activities, free seminars by top endorsers and industry experts and raffle draws are also on tap in the event ending tomorrow.

“Sabong (cockfighting) is an industry that has been around for generations. It is something that is part of the Filipino culture that has been passed on from our ancestors. This industry is worth billions and gives employment to thousands of Filipinos,” said Worldexco president and general manager Raquel Romero.

Organized by World Expos and Concepts (Worldexco) in cooperation with PitGames Media, the World Gamefowl Expo is the world’s largest annual international exhibition for gamefowl breeders, suppliers and enthusiasts.

Last year’s event drew some 25,000 visitors.
