SSC spikers win

MANILA, Philippines - San Sebastian College turned back Letran, 25-19, 25-21, 25-15, while defending champion University of Perpetual Help System Dalta topped Jose Rizal U,  25-10, 25-16, 25-13, yesterday in the NCAA women’s volleyball tournament at The San Juan Arena.      

Gretchel Soltones tossed in 20 points, including three service aces, as the Lady Stags welcomed back returning coach Roger Gorayeb with a victory.     

Honey Royce Tubino pumped in 13 hits while Norie Diaz, Jamela Suyat and setter Shaira Cabriana combined for 32 points.
