MANILA, Philippines - Team Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall held off  JSM-KTM, 89-83, last Thursday to book its third straight win in the third DELeague Kap. Rudy Francisco Cup at the Marikina Sports Center.

Bryant Warnest led the former champs with 17 points and nine rebounds as Sta. Lucia bucked JSM-KTM’s Ronald Roy’s 30-point explosion to keep its unbeaten run.

FEU-NRMF defeated Galing MHS, 82-75, in the other game.

Marvin Hayes and Aris Gumabay each scored 13 points as FEU-NRMF posted their second straight victory in the conference.

Tim Habelito made 22 points for Galing MHS, which fell to its third straight defeat.
