UFCC derby at Roligon Oct 24, 26
MANILA, Philippines - The ultimate battle of derby heavyweights returns to the Roligon Mega Cockpit Oct. 24 and 26 with the staging of the “Ultimate Fighting Cock Championship (UFCC) 6-Stag Derby†series.
It will be the fourth of the seven-leg series, which culminates with the grand finals on Dec. 5 and 8.
Backed by Resorts World Manila and Thunderbird Power Feeds, the event has at least 90 fights on Thursday’s 3-stag elims.
Partners Mike Romulo and Ed Pineda topped the third leg last Oct. 3 and 5, while UFCC founder Gerry Ramos bagged two runner-up honors with his two entries.
Meanwhile, 70 entries are expected in the upcoming “Cobra Big Event 7-Stag Derby†on Nov. 5 and 7.
Roligon will also launch the first ever “330 K Gentlemen Cockers 10-Stag Super Derby†on Nov. 12.
