MANILA, Philippines - PL Antipolo defeated MJM Productions (Team Zamboanga), 93-89, Thursday night in the third DELeague Kap Rudy Francisco Cup at the Marikina Sports Center.
Mac Belo collected 27 points and six rebounds for PL Antipolo while teammate Mark Pangilinan contributed 15 points, including a three-point shot that gave the team a one-point lead, 90-89.
MJM Productions was led by Mike Tolomia who scored 32 points and four rebounds.
In the second game, Sealions defeated JSM-KTM, 91-86.
Former PBA player Egay Billones made 34 points and three assists for the Sealions.
The combination of Chris Calaguio’s 17 points and two rebounds, Ronald Roy’s six assists, and Gian Abrigo’s 14 points and nine rebounds was not enough for JSM-KTM to steal the victory from the winning team.
