La Salle, CKS reach finals

MANILA, Philippines - La Salle Green Hills and Chiang Kai Shek College recently won the coveted slots to the national finals of the SBP-Passerelle during the twin tournament’s NCR championships at the Ateneo Blue Eagle gym recently.

La Salle defeated Ateneo de Manila Grade School (64-34) in the SBP tournament, while Chiang Kai Shek College crushed San Beda College (74-49) in the Passerelle division. Both teams are now set to face regional champions from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao in the coming national championship slated for Nov. 23-24 in Pampanga.

Taking home the third and fourth place trophies in the SBP tournament were Xavier School and San Beda College after the former beat the latter, 50-37.
