MANILA, Philippines - The ultimate battle of cockfighting heavyweights returns at Roligon Mega Cockpit as the third leg of “Ultimate Fighting Cock Championship (UFCC) 6 - Stag Derby†series unfolds Oct. 3 and 5.
Supported by Resorts World Manila and Thunderbird Power Feeds, the derby series will have its grand finale in December.
Arman Santos’ Jade Red Sa Pasay Oct. 4, which tallied 5.5 points, topped the second leg last Sept. 21.
The AA AS Goldwings of Charlie “Atong†Ang and Allan Siaco, gunning for solo championship, lost its last fight and settled for runner-up honors.
The remaining schedules of the UFCC series are Oct. 24 and 26; Nov. 14 and 16; Nov. 21 and 23 and Dec. 5 and 7.
Meanwhile, the “NFGB National Bakbakan 11-Stag Derby†will be held at Roligon on Dec. 4 and 11.
