MANILA, Philippines - Newly crowned PBA D-League champion Blackwater Sports will hold a three-day tryout starting today at the SGS gym along Araneta Ave., Quezon City. Tryouts are scheduled from 10 a.m. to 12 noon.
Coach Leo Isaac and co-team manager Johnson Martinez will supervise the tryouts which are also scheduled on Wednesday and Friday.
Owned by Dioceldo Sy, the Blackwater Sports Elite is hoping to form another competitive team following the departure of key players – most of them now playing in the pro league.
