Fil-Swiss belle featured in One FC

MANILA, Philippines - The ONE Fighting Championship: Rise to Power will feature not just a number of top Filipino and foreign fighters but also an Australian-born, Fil-Swiss ring girl in Christine Hallauer when the blockbuster fightcard is held tomorrow at the MOA Arena in Pasay City.

“I’m excited to be in Manila, to be with Filipino fans,” said Hallauer, a native of Perth, Australia who speaks four different languages, including Filipino.

Hallauer, born to a Filipino mother and Swiss father, cracked the ONE FC family after she was personally handpicked by ONE FC big boss Victor Cui, a Fil-Canadian.

“Not too long ago I was asked to audition for this gig. I did a few rounds and I was really anxious. Then I was finally told I was handpicked by Victor Cui, who happens to be the CEO of ONE FC,” said Hallauer, who has a double major in Commerce and Human Resources and Industrial Relations back in Australia while working in a mining company on the side.
