NCA derby resumes

MANILA, Philippines - The chase for top honors in the National Cockers Alliance (NCA) World Championship Derby heats up today with the opening day winners out to sustain their respective entries’ charges on the second day of action at the Ynares Sports Center in Pasig City.

Romy Lim, T. Sevilla, Charlie/JR Tolentino, Jeorge Torres, Señor Pedro, Nestor Gualberto, Bebot Roxas, Blandy Tolentino Ferdie Eusebio, J. Alcomendras, Elmer David, RJ Mejia, Clemo, Boy Torres, Gerry Ramos and Ronnie Puno brace for a battle royale with NCA members Jun Topacio, Vice Mayor Nestor Mercado, Atong Ang, and Joel and Danny Teves, whose entries swept their matches in the event sponsored by Sagupaan Complexor Tuesday.

Other two pointers were Gov. Claude Bautista, Amay, Ka Luding, Engr. Efren Canlas, Arman Santos and Emil Chua.

Leading the one-pointer group are Osang dela Cruz, Gerry Fevidal, Lord Cobarrubias, Atty. Santos, Albert Agila and Ernie Austria.
