Golf show ends

MANILA, Philippines - The Summer Golf and Leisure Expo at SM Megatrade Hall ends today with huge discounts and great deals from major golf brands, including Aetna, Besa’s Shoes, Bridgestone Golf, Nike Golf, Adams Golf, Tour Stage, Club Car, John Deere, Loro, Mizuno, Taylormade, Maruman, JL, Fourteen Golf, Perry Gear, Ping, US Kids Golf, Columbia, Eagle One, Nivel Parts, Raymundo’s Trophies & Sculptures.

The Unified National Handicapping System (UNHS) by the Federation of Golf Clubs Philippines and the National Golf Association of the Philippines is also introduced in the show. The project aims to come up with a high degree of uniformity in handicapping among member golf clubs.

A golf clinic for kids 5-to-12 years old is also on tap at 1 p.m. while adult players take their turn at 3 p.m. for the lecture and demo on “quick fixes for common swing problems” to be conducted by US trained and certified coach Chris Guerrero, courtesy of GolfMix.
