Nabong, Tan wrest lead in Valiant bowl

MANILA, Philippines - Chinabank’s Nolan Nabong and Esteban Tan combined for 1868 to grab the lead in the Valiant Bowling doubles event at the Pearl Bowling Center recently.

Nabong rolled a 953 while Tan made a 915 as the duo took charge of the field in the penultimate leg of the first conference.

Young Town’s Sardines Tito Ngo and Franklin Pardo, both averaging 210s, moved to second while Francis Dy and former national bowler Leah Del Rosario placed third.

Meanwhile, Wilson Uy topped the monthly championship with 1012 series, beating John Sy and John Tan.
