UE-Erase holds off Lyceum

MANILA, Philippines - UE-Erase survived a last-ditch rally by Lyceum-Uratex to eke out an 82-77 win and  keep its unbeaten run in the MBL Open basketball championship at the Lyceum gym in Intramuros.

The Warriors blew a 20-point third quarter lead but recovered in time to subdue the Pirates.

JM Noble scored seven of his team-high 15 points in the fourth quarter, including a clutch triple as the Warriors pulled off another close win in three days.

 Overall, the Warriors have won all their five matches to assure themselves of at least a playoff for the two outright semis berths.
