Philflex claims ABC team plum

MANILA, Philippines - Margie Poblete, Francis Figuracion and Manny Padit of Philflex Wires and Cables combined for 2487 to capture the Architects Bowling Club’s leg circuit team event at the E Lanes Center in Greenhills, San Juan last week.

Edjing San Juan, Sonny Esguerra and Manny Padit of Emerald Pipes scored 2462 to finish second, Zeny Prudente, Albert Ong and Nepthy del Rosario of Boysen Acrytex had 2393 to place third, while Concrete Ventures’ Jun Queri, Malou del Rosario and Hermie Prudente submitted 2338 to finish fourth in the weekly event sponsored by Boysen and Nation Paints.

Meanwhile, the ABC board is inviting all bowling clubs and associations to join the second ABC-Boysen Open Classic tournament on Feb. 23-March 3, also at the E Lanes bowling center.

The tournament, backed by Duraflex THHN/THW/TW Wires, Crown Pipes Supreme, Colorsteel, JS Alvarez Elect. Contractor, ABC Phils., Morning Star, HCG Phils., Boysen Healthy Home/Wallguard, La Vida Verde, Steeltech, WeKonstruct, August Alliance, Moldex Pipes, DN Steel and Miraga Trading, resumes at 7 tonight with the holding of the Valentines Doubles, also at E Lanes.
