MANILA, Philippines - Registration for the 24th Andrada Cup junior tennis tournament ends today with the event, featuring the country’s leading junior players and rising stars, firing off Jan. 2 at the Rizal Memorial Tennis Center.
The draw will be held tomorrow at 12 noon, according to the organizing Philta (Philippine Tennis Association) with those who saw action in the recent PSC/Philta age group championship tipped to collide again in the upcoming Group I five-day tournament held in honor of Philippine Sports commissioner Buddy Andrada.

Events on tap are the boys and girls singles in12-, 14-, 16- and 18-and-under categories and the 10 unisex with doubles titles to be disputed in the 14-, 16- and 18-and-under age groups.
Roxanne Resma and John Maverick Victoria, who ruled the centerpiece 18-and-under division in the PSC netfest, are fancied to lead the cast along with 10-unisex champion Miko Eala, 12-and-u titlist Gabriel Tiamson and 16-and-u winner Khim Iglupas.
