Boxing, Pacific X-treme at Forum

MANILA, Philippines - The manager of world boxing prospect Drian Francisco, Fr. Vic Calvo of NCAA host school Letran, and the entourage of the Pacific X-treme Combat will grace an interesting discussion in today’s PSA Forum at Shakey’s Malate.

Elmer Anuran will talk about Francisco’s coming fight this Saturday as part of the undercard of the Brian Viloria-Hernando “Tyson” Marquez unification flyweight title match. He is also expected to delve on the Filipino’s aborted championship challenge against unbeaten super-bantamweight champion Guillermo Rigondeaux.

Fr. Calvo on the other hand, discusses the events to be played in the second semester of the 88th NCAA season.

Giving the 10:30 a.m. session aired live over DZSR Sports Radio 918, and presented by the Philippine Amusements and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), and Shakey’s, some action are the presence of PXC flyweight champion Ale Cali who defends his title against Erwin Tagle also this Saturday. They will be joined by undefeated featherweight Mark Streigl, and PXC CEO and promoter EJ Calvo.

Likewise invited in the public sports session is Philippine Amateur Track and Field Association president Go Teng Kok.
