Psychology seminar up

MANILA, Philippines - A sports psychology seminar, aimed at helping coaches and athletes discover the importance of mental toughness and how to develop it for better performance,  is set tomorrow, starting at 8 a.m. at the Metro Club near Rockwell Center in Makati

The resource speakers, all veterans in this field, are sports teambuilding facilitator Lito Cinco who will talk on building a team focusing on athletes’ attitudes, Marissa Adviento who will tackle The Championship Mind, and Naira Orbeta on Strategies to Strengthen Filipino Athletes.
