Tuason Racing School holds motorsports festival

MANILA, Philippines - Tuason Racing School brings forth the grandest and most exciting motorsports festival of the year as it stages the third and final leg of the TRS Raceday today at the Batangas Racing Circuit.

The TRS Raceday, dubbed as the country’s grassroots motorsports festival, is fast becoming a popular event for racing enthusiasts and fans as they get the chance to grab the spotlight and win prizes.

TRS added lifestyle activities like the Run the Race Track Marathon co-presented by AutoReview aside from the Car Club Track day, the third leg of Bridgestone Cup for Media and Car Club, Retro Race and the much-anticipated final showdowns in the TRS Cup, the premier grassroots circuit car program.

Three more races are on tap in the TRS Cup powered by Castrol, Bridgestone, Standard Insurance, Coke Zero, OMP, AAP, Ford Alabang, Emotions, Speedlab, Aguila Auto Glass, Lifeline Ambulance, PLDT, C! Magazine, Kotse.com, HasTRavel, Stoplight TV and Business World.

The TRS Trackday is expected to draw more than 100 cars, including a bunch of Euro Cars from the Atenean Car Enthusiasts (ACE), Fun Run Forum and Japanese Cars from Team FD while various old school cars like Volkswagen and Mini cooper will be featured in the Retro Race.

The 3rd leg of the Bridgestone Cup this time will prove the power of its Ecopia tires on an Endurance challenge and Amazing race. This will be participated by invited car clubs and media personalities from broadsheets, TV, radio and online.  The Bridgestone Cup is a three-leg series that tests the product superiority of the different Bridgestone Tires.
