PBA, Davis Cup up at Forum

MANILA, Philippines -  The coming 38th season of the PBA and the latest on the country’s Davis Cup team will be featured in today’s session of the PSA Forum at Shakey’s Malate.

Commissioner Chito Salud is going to discuss the outlook for the 2012-2013 season of the league that starts on Sept. 30.

The PBA is fresh from a blockbuster year that saw it earned more than P100 million in record gross sales.  

Joining the PBA honcho in the public sports program presented by Smart, the Philippine Amusements and Gaming Corp., and Shakey’s, are Davis Cup stalwarts Jeson Patrombon, Francis Casey Alcantara, team captain Roland Kraut and coach Cris Cuarto.

Completing this week’s guest list are proponents of the 2012 Run Against Dengue campaign, led by Manila Sports Council chairman Paul Edward Almario, Invida sales marketing manager Eric Pablo Ma. Lejano, and senior brand manager Cleo Roda Nodado.
