WWE star Mysterio hits town

MANILA, Philippines - SmackDown star Rey Mysterio is in town for a two-country tour to promote the SmackDown World Tour set Aug. 12 in Taiwan which AKTV on IBC 13 will air starting at 9 p.m.

Mysterio, one of the most popular names from the World Wrestling Entertainment, is seen on WWE SmackDown, one of the biggest sports entertainment programs viewed across the globe.

The show is aired every Sunday at 9 p.m. on AKTV, the country’s premier sports channel.

Meanwhile, Mysterio will hold a meet-and-greet at the Farmer’s Plaza Mall in Cubao today. He is also set to grace Game 3 of the PBA Governors’ Cup finals at the Smart Araneta Coliseum where he will the present a WWE championship belt to PBA commissioner.
