Peña, Origenes featured in Rod's In this Corner

MANILA, Philippines - The Philippine Boxing Federation (PBF) super-bantamweight championship between Danilo Peña and Ryan Origenes is tonight’s main feature in Rod Nazario’s In This Corner over PTV-4.

The 10-round title fight, to be aired 7-8 p.m., is presented by Ginebra San Miguel, San Miguel Beer, Purefoods, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) and Petron.

The match is one of two main supporting bouts in the “Bakbakan Sa Sucat” promotion held at the Sucat People’s Park in Muntinlupa City last April 28. The fight card was co-presented by DS Almario International Promotions, Kapitan Mamerto Sevilla and the Sucat Barangay Council, in cooperation with Rod Nazario’s In This Corner.

Before the main bout, a short interview with promoter Dante Almario will be aired, along with the previous fights of Peña against Richard Olisa, and Origenes opposite Daniel Ferreras.
