Boysen Wallguard, Moldex top Corporate Cup

MANILA, Philippines - Romi De Jesus, Violy Magsakay and Hermie Prudente of Boysen Wallguard combined for 2404 to top Group I while Zeny Prudente, Frederick Chuongco and Edjing San Juan of Moldex Pipes ruled Group 2 with 2082 in the Architects Bowling Club’s Corporate Cup 3-man team at E Lanes, Ortigas Ave. in San Juan last week.

Dante Manglicmot, Nonoy de Jesus and Jerry Cham of Boysen Paints scored 2319 while Francis Figuracion, Bibs Luzande and Denis Jalandoon of Crown Pipes had 2296 to finish second and third, respectively, in the weekly event sponsored by Boysen and Nation Paints.

Aida Gonzales, Edwin Laguitan and Jojo Lingchanco of ABC Phils. rolled 1965 while Cynthia Tan, Malou del Rosario and Totie Nuñez of Atlanta Pipes pooled 1957 to settle for second and third, respectively, in Group 2.

Meanwhile, ABC president Ronnie Javier is inviting all licensed architects to join the tournament every Tuesday as ABC gears up for its 35th founding anniversary with an overseas trip to Beijing in May.
