Tight battle seen in NCA derby

MANILA, Philippines - Keen competition is seen when the country’s leading breeders and cockers clash in the National Cockers Alliance (NCA) today at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig City.

Rudy Albano, Jimmy Ang, Efren Canlas and Jimafer are hosting the action-packed event featuring guests Angelito Twano and Vice Mayor Tonton Twano, Tony Naguiat, Jonjon Francisco, Cesar Dy and Joseph Pangilinan.

NCA stalwarts Tommy Chua, Osang dela Cruz, Elan Nagano, Rene Medina, Bebot Uy, Jun Topacio and James Uy are also fielding in their best entries along with Eugene Martin, Luding Boongaling, Manny Santos, Armand Santos, Patrick Antonio, Gerry Ramos, Jun Santiago, and Gov. Ito Ynares.

Others in the roster are Nestor Mercado, Lito Orillaza, Charlie Ang, Joel Teves, Danny Teves, Mario Villamor, Henry Tan, Junjun Salazar, T. Sevilla, JR Tolentino, Eric Dela Rosa, Butchoy Olano, Vic Yap, Pipo Soliman, Ruel Ricafort, Boy Valenzuela, George Torres, Claude Bautista and Boyet Joson.

Meanwhile, the next NCA derby, sponsored by Sagupaan Complexor, will be held April 24, to be hosted by Salazar, Sevilla, Tolentino, dela Rosa and Olano.
