Top sportsmen vie in NCA derby

MANILA, Philippines - The country’s leading breeders and cockers field in their toughest roosters, ensuring another action-packed NCA derby at the Ynares Sports Areña in Pasig City today.

Sec. Ronnie Puno, Medrano, Bong Pineda, Elmer Nepomuceno, Philip Chiongbian, Boy Torres, Mayor Elyong Hernandez, Lito Alberto, and Mayor Boyet Ynares head the guest roster invited by hosts Gov. Ito Ynares, Nestor Mercado and Lito Orillaza to the event sponsored by Sagupaan Complexor.

Also tipped to vie for top honors with their top-notch entries are Gov. Mercado of Maasim, Leyte, Gov. Amante, Mayor and Long Cudilla of Ormoc City, Larry Ruveños of Tagum City, Claro Maranan, Ricky Magtoto of Camarines Sur, the Cavite Coliseum Group, Vice Gov. Odi of Cagayan, and Danny Soriano.

Meanwhile, the next NCA derby will be held March 27 to be hosted by Joel and Danny Teves and Charlie Ang.
