DB Rectors Cup chess set
MANILA, Philippines - The Don Bosco Makati Varsity Chess Club will hold the Rectors Cup: DBTI Makati chess tournament on Saturday at the Joy Center, Don Bosco Technical Institute, Chino Roces Ave., Brgy. Pio del Pilar, Makati City.
The event, held in cooperation with DIWA Learning Systems Inc. and the Active Chess Center of Asia, is open to public and private school students in Makati City aged 15 years old and under.
The seven-round Swiss format will have a time control of 25 minutes per player. The competition will be limited to 128 non-titled players on a first-come, first served basis.
The champion will get P2,500 plus trophy.
