MANILA, Philippines - The country’s leading golfing architects take center stage next week when the Architects Golf Club holds the AGC golf tournament on Jan. 25 at the Mt. Malarayat Golf and Country Club in Lipa City, Batangas.
The event, sponsored by Boysen Paints, is expected to draw a banner field to be classified into five groups and played under the Stableford scoring format.
Meanwhile, Sonny Esguerra heads this year’s AGC board as president with Pinoy Cruz as VP-administration, Ed Casares as VP-tournament. Mike Tomeldan as VP-programs and Efren Gonzales as VP-finance. Other members are Eymard Agbing (treasurer), Boy Roldan (secretary), Sanny Santiago (auditor), Dante Yatco (PRO) and Adones Baluyut (immediate past president).
