MANILA, Philippines - The battle for cockfighting supremacy resumes at 9 a.m. today with the next batch of 160 entries seeing action in the two-cock eliminations in the World Slashers Cup 8-Cock Invitational Derby at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
Wilson Ong, Nestor Vendivil and Rikki Reyes, whose entry WRN dominated WSC-2 with Reyes’s Rian entry winning his first Slashers crown with seven points, head the cast that includes GMP star Wilson Ong (Octagon) and Thunderbird’s Vendivil (Oliver).
Hosted by the Pintakasi of Champions, the six-day top-notch is co-presented by Thunderbird Ganador Max and Romoxtyl with Bmeg Derby Ace as minor sponsor.
