Foreign, local aces mix it up in TRS Cup

MANILA, Philippines - The TRS (Tuason Racing School) Cup powered by Ford Fiesta gets going Nov. 13 with three foreigners and eight local riders expected to fight it out for top honors at the Batangas Racing Circuit.

Ross Jackes of Australaia, Stefan Wolf of Germany and Eric Choi of Guam slug it out with Filipino bets Yvana Carangan of Standard Insurance and the young Basti Escalante of Smart Bro Team in the event where they will be driving their own Ford Fiesta representing different teams.

Daisy Jackes, Ding Dizon, Mayor Charlie Cojuangco, Councilor Benjo Bernabe, Bobby Horrigan and Paolo Bringas are the other local bets in the event sponsored by Castrol, Bridgestone, Standard Insurance, Coke Zero, Hafele, Ford Alabang, Smart Bro, and Smart Netphone.
