Baseball, softball to cap UAAP meet

MANILA, Philippines - Baseball and softball action in UAAP Season 74 kicks off near the month’s end at the Rizal Memorial Stadium with reigning champions University of Santo Tomas and Adamson University tipped as the teams to beat.

First up will be baseball on Nov. 27 with a simple opening ceremony kicking off the season at 7 a.m., followed immediately by the 8 a.m. encounter between the Tigers against the De La Salle Archers.

Other opening-day games pit Ateneo against Adamson University and University of the Philippines against National University.
