Wushu medalists guests in SCOOP

MANILA, Philippines - The national wushu team that won two gold medals, two silvers and four bronzes in the recent World Wushu Championships take center stage in today’s Scoop sa Kamayan session at the Kamayan-Padre Faura.

The Nationals, headed by taulo coach Samson Co and Tong Qingchai will talk about their exploits in the world tilt in Turkey.

Gold medalist Dembert Arcita, silver medal winner Marianne Mariano and bronze medalists Rhea May Rifani,Benjie Rivera, Mark Eddiva  and Daniel Parantac will also assess their chances in next month’s SEA Games in Indonesia.

Also gracing the forum, sponsored by Coca-Cola Export, Fila, TV 5 and UNTV, are former Sen. Nikki Coseteng and the national taekwondo team vying in the International Taekwondo Championships in Illinois.
