De Jesus rolls hot series, wins architects plum

MANILA, Philippines - Nonoy de Jesus of Philflex Wires and Cables rolled a six game series of 1224 to bag the Group 1 crown while Francis Figuracion of Crown PVC Pipes annexed the Group 2 plum with 1129 in the Architects Bowling Club’s monthly championship at Green Valley lanes in Pasig City last week.

Boyet Libiran of Concrete Ventures scored 1183, Joey del Rosario of Duraflex THHN Wires had 1166 and Violy Magsakay of Firefly-ROYU submitted 1138 to finish second, third and fourth, respectively, in Group 1, in the weekly event sponsored by Boysen and Nation Paints.

Ricky Martinez of Famcor rolled 1032, Frederick Chuongco of Nation Paints came-up with 1001 and Randy Poon of Duraflex TW Wires had 997 to place second, third and fourth, respectively, in Group 2.

ABC Vis-Min Anniversary Tournament will start with Bowling Clinic on Oct. 21 to be followed by Bowling Tournament and the Chartering of ABC Davao City at B-3 Bowling lanes, NCCC Mall, Maa, Davao City.

The tournament backed by Supreme Steel Pipes, August Alliance, Morning Sun, ProActive Pest Control, HCG Phl, Miraga, Eurodach, Boysen Suede/Perlecente/Knoxout, Unitec Pipes, ABC Phl, DN Steel, Moldex Pipes, Homeworks, Atlanta Pipes, Emerald Pipes and Crown Pipes Supreme resumes at 7 tonight with the holding of quarterly championship also at Green Valley lanes.
